1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and winph6 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the winph6 website, mobile application, and all services offered through the platform.

By registering an account on winph6, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety, along with the Privacy Policy and any other rules or guidelines published on the platform. These documents together constitute the full agreement between you and winph6.

2 Eligibility

To open and use a winph6 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering as an individual, in your own name, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a winph6 account that was suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

winph6 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where age cannot be verified, the account may be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration and Verification

Each player may only hold one winph6 account. Maintaining multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and any associated funds being withheld.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. winph6 may require you to verify your identity at any point — this is standard KYC (Know Your Customer) practice.

KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, UMID, or driver's licence). Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is successfully completed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password or OTP codes with anyone. winph6 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility.

4 Payments and Withdrawals

All transactions on winph6 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are handled through Philippine banking infrastructure, including Instapay, PESONet, and local e-wallet channels.

• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods on winph6.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet channel registered in the same name as your winph6 account and KYC documents. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of each transaction.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by method. Instapay transfers are typically faster; PESONet and direct bank transfers may take one to three business days. VIP members receive priority queue treatment for withdrawal processing.
• Any applicable transaction fees are disclosed before you confirm a withdrawal request. Your receiving bank may independently apply its own incoming transfer fees, which are beyond winph6's control.

winph6 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting supporting documents related to the source of funds.

5 Gameplay Rules

winph6 offers sports betting, slot games, live casino, and eBingo. Each game type operates under its own specific rules, which are available within the game interface or the relevant section of the platform.

• All game outcomes in slots and casino games are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Outcomes are independent and cannot be influenced by any external means.
• Sports betting odds are set at the platform's discretion and may be subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Bets once confirmed cannot be amended or cancelled except under circumstances expressly provided for in the specific game rules.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay that prevents a bet from being completed or a result from being determined, winph6 will apply a fair resolution based on available data at the time of the failure.

• Bonus terms may include wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to bonus-derived winnings. These terms are specific to each offer and are disclosed when the offer is communicated.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• winph6 reserves the right to withdraw or amend a promotional offer at any time, including after a player has accepted an offer, if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a technical error that resulted in an offer being made incorrectly.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds.

7 Responsible Gaming

winph6 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All accounts have access to the following tools through the account portal:

• Loss limits — set a maximum loss threshold per period.

winph6 cooperates with relevant authorities in investigations relating to financial crime and fraud. Any funds suspected of being linked to prohibited activity will be frozen pending investigation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the winph6 platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, text, logos, and trademarks — is the property of winph6 or its third-party licensors. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from winph6.

10 Limitation of Liability

winph6 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform operates reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical errors.

• winph6 is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or force majeure events.
• winph6 is not liable for any decisions a player makes based on information displayed on the platform, including game statistics, odds, or promotional information.
• The platform's liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

winph6 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable time.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity beyond the period defined in the platform's inactive account policy.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is closed for breach, any funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's request with no outstanding issues, any verified balance in Philippine Peso will be returned via the player's last verified withdrawal method, subject to identity verification.

12 Changes to These Terms

winph6 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

For material changes, winph6 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players — for example, via an in-platform notification or email to the address registered on your account. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the winph6 platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
